How To Order?

To begin ordering, you may visit the Ddamdshop website on your desktop or mobile browser.

Steps to place an order:
  • Select the items which you want to order.
  • Add those items to your “Shopping Cart”.
  • After reviewing your shopping cart, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Ddamdshop account. You can sign in using your
    mobile number or email address if you already have an account. If you’re a new
    customer, you can create account with email or phone.
  • Enter the address where you want to receive your order/select the Pickup store as
    per availability by searching in the available criteria.
  • Select the payment method, add the details, and click on “Continue”.
  • Review your order and click on the “Place your Order” button and Pay to complete
    the transaction.

Why am I unable to place orders?

This could be due to the following issues:
  • The item you have selected is out of stock.
  • There is some technical or internet connectivity issue.
  • Undeliverable to the selected location/pincode.
  • Check if there is a quantity limit.

I’m unable to complete my order on the website. What do I do?

Can I change or modify orders that are already placed?

You would not be able to change or modify the number of items once you have already placed an order. You can place another fresh order with the desired modifications.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within India.

Do you deliver outside of India?

No, sorry, currently we only deliver within India.

How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?

Usually within 48 hours of processing your order.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?

Usually 3-7 business days, however, some village area can take longer.

Are all your products actually held in stock?

Yes,almost all products listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our products directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery.

Is it safe to use my banking and card details on your website?

Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use Razor Pay leading payment gateway providers that are Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. At no point during the payment process do we handle your banking and card details, or store your banking and card details after the order is placed.

Are my personal details safe on the website?

Yes, we take utmost care in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We do not sell your information to any third-parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

What is your Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy?

Our policy covers:
  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID to cancel.
  • Return: Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective. A parcel opening video is required for all claims. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
  • Refund: Refunds are processed within 24 hours after receiving returned parcel for returns and cancellations. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Why no COD?

Ddamdshop has only prepaid options to place an order, we have people ordering from us throughout the country! We apologize for the inconvenience, but COD is not available with our courier partners. However, rest assured that we are dedicated to delivering your chosen product safely to your doorstep.
