1. Unpacking video must be share before 24hrs of the parcel received
2. Unpacking video is must and should have…
3. NO pause & cut in the video
4. Video needs from start to end
5. Start video by showing address completely and all sites of the parcel, 360 video, to ensure that parcel is not open already
6. Take the video till you CHECK ALL PRODUCT and are satisfied with the quality
7. If you found any
damages
defects
any missing item or
wrong product/Colour
Please show it clearly in the video,
otherwise no claim will be accepted
